Selling my home with Roy was much less stressful, and quicker too, than I had expected. He has in depth knowledge of the current market and new the best way to sell my property, so I was happy with the sale price. Roy is easy to talk to and understand, his team also. I was kept up to date as the situation progressed and felt very comfortable. I made the best choice selling with Roy Marando.

I have dealt with Irene in the past so when I had to sell my property Irene was the first person I called. She has a lot of contacts and experience in the area and is always contactable. She handles the entire process and organises everything that needs to be done very quickly to maximise exposure for greater selling potential. I would not hesitate to recommend Irene and the team at Marando, be it selling, buying or as agents for a rental property which I have used them for all 3 over the past 10 years.
