We r first home buyer and we purchased a property last year through Marando Realestate. Unfortunately I had the worst experience and always regret my purchase since the stuff member didn’t show us the property properly and never told us about the massive unauthorised work done to the property, so we went ahead with the auction n bought much more than the property worths. Always regret it. All the realestate wants, is to sell the properties and get their commission! Very bad customer service…. The worst!

We have had the best experience with Roy Marando. In difficult circumstances Roy showed the utmost professionalism in maintaining fairness, ensuring correspondence was maintained to all parties and his availability for discussion. Roy's experience in the industry and his knowledge of the area makes him the best and only choice when selling.
