I would highly recommend Roy and the team at Marando Real Estate. My experience with Roy came without any reservations. Roy was honest, reliable and prompt in his actions. He achieved a great result in the transaction between Vendor and Buyer who both walked away with a mutually positive outcome. Was very impressed with the way the matter was conducted and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks Roy!!!

We spent some time selecting an agent to sell our family home of 23 years. Roy was the pick of the bunch. From our first meeting Roy showed not only great enthusiasm but a deep knowledge and understanding of the market in our area. Through the sale period the lines of communication were open and we felt involved every step of the way. The great advantage Roy has is that he works with purchasers through the open house period and is then the auctioneer on auction day. This means he already has the inside info on the potential purchasers and can read the auction as it proceeds and as a result gets the best price possible for the vendor. Thanks Roy and Team!

I had previously dealt with Irene some five years ago when purchasing This time around I had listed my property with another well known agent who basically did nothing to help sell my property in the months they had it listed I then changed agents and gave Irene the property to market Irene was very in touch with the local market and was realalistic in the price which could be achieved Irene stayed constantly in touch with me and guided me thru the process I would highly recommend Irene to anyone who was either selling or buying Very friendly ,helpful and professional
