We chose Boutique Property Agents & in particular Tolga, because we were aware that he had sold the adjoining unit earlier in the year and had achieved a very good outcome. We were not disappointed.Tolga and his team are true professionals with an indepth knowledge of the inner city property market ,great communication skills , and always available to offer valuable advice when required. This made the whole process run smoothly and we were always kept upto date with what was happening with the sale.The end result was that the price achieved was above expectations.
