Saw an apartment as an open house at The Hyde, eventually buying it for ourselves!
Throughout more than a year of searching for apartments in the area, Tolga has been a point of contact and assistance for multiple open houses. Whilst only one apartment could be THE ONE, he was always helpful for every apartment we came to see. He was knowledgable not only about the units themselves, but also able to give comparisons and alternatives through the area based on what aspects we liked from the open house we were at. Also he was impressively knowledgable as to the finicky details and helped us understand how the legal and technical aspects worked in NSW property. We normally are a bit sceptical when it comes to "sales"-type people (real estate agents included), but Tolga has the type of transparency and trustworthiness that I would seek out again should I become a buyer (or seller) in the area once more.
