Maryam was able to achieve a much higher price than other large agencies who were more interested in underselling and flipping the property as quickly as possible in order to get their commission. My property sold for around $80 k more using Maryam and she also achieved more favorable terms which really surprised me. The marketing was top notch and very professional. Highly recommended.
