Nathan knows the local market better than anyone, which already puts you on the front foot. Added to that he kept a very transparent, honest and knowledgeable line of communication open with me at all times. We had some speed bumps along the way, and Nathan and the team did everything they could to keep the sale progressing. They really did work hard for me and I could not be happier with the result.
