Vern is very friendly and helpful but more importantly very knowledgeable. Vern suggested that we put our home to market after a short (3 week) marketing campaign. At first we were a little hesitant as we had no experience of auctions - had never even made a bid. The idea of having our house “open” for a short time certainly appealed. We followed Vern’s advice and before we knew it our home was sold. Vern’s colleague Jess was also really knowledge and extremely helpful.
