We interviewed a number of agents before deciding on Brett. From the start, Brett gave us a clear view on what the market valued our property, what we did, and just as importantly, what we did not need to do to prepare for market. Brett outlined his process, the marketing, the time frame, and the best listing date. Our property was on the market less than two weeks. During that time Brett conducted 6 opens and engaged @ 25 potential buyers. Brett kept us fully informed throughout the process.
