We interviewed a number of agents before deciding on Brett. From the start, Brett gave us a clear view on what the market valued our property, what we did, and just as importantly, what we did not need to do to prepare for market. Brett outlined his process, the marketing, the time frame, and the best listing date. Our property was on the market less than two weeks. During that time Brett conducted 6 opens and engaged @ 25 potential buyers. Brett kept us fully informed throughout the process. We received texts immediately after an open, with the number, the overall interest etc. We received debrief calls later in the day with more specific details. We received texts in the following day or days, outlining the follow up calls that had been made. We could not have been kept more informed without being here. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone selling in the inner west. Brett knows the market, is highly driven and professional. Yet all the while maintaining a very friendly and engaging demeanour.
