I turned up to the open home about 5 minutes after it closed. I called Mervyn to see if I could set up an inspection on another day and he came back to the apartment to show it to me then and there. He really goes above and beyond. Mervyn was very patient and accommodating throughout the buying process. He was always quick to respond and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly.
