Brett is the most professional and personable agent we’ve ever used. Expert advice, amazingly organised, brilliant communication and a positive attitude means nothing is too much trouble. This is the third time we’ve used Brett and it is the same outstanding service each time. Thanks Brett for another great result!

Liz and her team were fantastic from Start to finish. They are super organised and go over and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. I also love that all their contacts are local and supporting our local community. Communications was fantastic and we always knew exactly what was going on and what the next steps would be. Highly recommend this team- A star service!!

Liz was the sellers agent of the property we purchased recently. She had a deep knowledge of the local market, also a thought understanding of the sellers and buyers requirements particularly in relation to their specific needs, terms and conditions. She communicated with us very clearly throughout the process and kept us informed as we progressed through the entire process.

We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Liz Browning and her team. Looking x had an in depth knowledge of real estate in our area, nothing was too much trouble for her and she listened to what we wanted to achieve. We felt supported every step of the way. Would definately recommend Liz and her team to our friends.

We were so pleased we chose Liz and the team at plum property to sell our house. They were excellent at communicating and guiding us through the whole process. Liz has an in depth knowledge of the market and Chapel Hill, which helped greatly when connecting with potential buyers. We would certainly recommend Liz and her team to others looking to sell in the area.

Mervyn was fantastic in managing our property sale. From the initial meeting to discuss the property to the listing, marketing, preparation for open houses, staging for photographs, updating us on how many parties viewed, providing feedback from potential buyers and finalising the sale, Mervyn was professional, supportive and went above and beyond to ensure we achieved the outcome we were after. I would have no hesitation in recommending (or using again for future purchases or sales) Mervyn and Wendy from the Plum Property team. This team went above and beyond to provide advice on local market, support us in getting the property sale ready and then getting a contract signed in only a couple of weeks of viewings. Mervyn was constantly in touch and was always available to answer any questions and as I lived a distance away Mervyn made sure everything that needed to be done was done to get to settlement day. The best RE agent I have dealt with in properties I have sold to date. Great team - great service - great outcome!

Sonya had fantastic connections within the industry that enabled us to get all the steps completed with ease. Whether it was staging the townhouse with furniture for marketing and home open purposes, or getting some minor landscape works done, Sonya knew the right people and could get them engaged in a short timeframe. Sonya was very transparent with both us as sellers, as well as those offering to buy, making the process smoother. Her communication was great, we knew what was happening at each step of the way. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak more highly of Sonya. It was such a positive experience working with her. From the initial Open Home I attended to the contract signing, she checked in with me regularly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The care and dedication shown during this often stressful time, was more than I could have asked for. Thanks to Sonya, I'm excited to now make this lovely property my "forever home".
