As a person who is big on communication, I was very impressed with Daniel's level of feedback, updates and constant communication throughout the campaign. Another high quality which Daniel possesses is his knowledge of market value. As someone who has been in property for over 15 years, i have dealt with a lot of agents and not once did he try to beat me down on our price, this is a rare trait these days. Daniel was extremely helpful and made the process of selling very easy for us. Being from out of town he organised and managed a minor renovation and did a great job preparing our unit for selling.
