Being a real estate agent myself, I am well aware of what I do and don't need in a real estate agent. The parameters apply to any seller. You don't need an agent with unrealistic promises, or a high pressure approach to securing the right to sell your property. Such high pressure tactics are subsequently used with potential buyers and there's nothing that gets rid of buyers quicker then a high pressure salesman. I had observed Daniel working around the Toowong, Taringa, Indooroopilly and St Lucia areas for many years until time came for me to sell my property in Beatrice St Taringa. Daniels approach is professional, and respectful when it comes to selling your property.
