You never gave up and helped me to get my finance sorted and checked in with me the entire way through the process. Rarely to do you find an agent like Kym Saunders who continues the communication with a Buyer once the contract is signed. Kym was there for me and when I had some issues with a financier she stepped in with recommendations and ideas which were fabulous and opened the door to my being able to secure my dream home. On Settlement day Kym and Jane made me feel like I'd won the lottery (which in my opinion I had as this home is magnificent in my eyes and exactly what I was looking for) and continued to check in after settlement day. I have since had calls to see how I am settling in and if I needed anything and have helped me find a lovely Handyman and a couple of other local tradies to give me a hand with some adjustments I would like to make but don't have the physical capability or technical knowhow. Our home underwent extensive preparation prior to the sales campaign and we have to mention Christine, Liz's team member whose assistance throughout that work program was absolutely invaluable. While initially this appeared as a significant cost, it quickly became apparent that the return on that cost was orders of magnitude reflected in a great sales price.
