From the beginning Kym’s calm and respectful approach was greatly appreciated. I had been looking at a number of houses she was showing and she never pressured me at all. On the contrary she waited until I approached her and we discussed what I was looking for. Her excitement at finding the perfect home for me was so delightfully genuine and the house is truly spot on. I was so happy to buy with her and to sell with her, as we had a very open honest working rapport. Everything went smoothly and with great care and respect, always quick response to messages and emails etc as well. This service extends also to her team, the wonderful Jane who went above and beyond helping me especially on moving day. Both have made excellent recommendations as well. If I wasn’t so absolutely happy in my perfect little house I would do it all over again in a heartbeat with Kym and her team. ❤️

We had a great experiences buying a home with Sonya supporting the sellers as their agent.
