As a seasoned realtor, Mervyn knows his market and adjusted our expectations to avoid disappointment. He does cater for the needs of the seller but we took on his advice and manage to sell our property within a week with only one open home inspection! On top of that, he is very fast and easy to deal with, and works day and night to ensure the best outcome for you. The only thing that I can nitpick on is he’s a supporter of Manchester United :)
