She helped with every step of the way and was able to speed up what would otherwise have been a lengthy process due to the timing of purchase (just before Christmas). I was able to fit in an inpsection quickly and have all my questions answered, and then Sonya was able to do up a draft contract of sale containing all of my requests that was able to be quickly read and approved by my solicitor. She was always friendly and professional in her communications, and also able to refer me to other contacts for matters such as building/pest inspections (which I would not have been able to otherwise book so quickly). Could not recommend Sonya more for someone to buy through.
