We had a great experience with Kym as our agent. She originally sold us our property and we were so impressed that we decided to use her ourselves years later when we were ready to sell. She has excellent knowledge of the area and provided valuable guidance, resulting in a great sale price. She is friendly, down to earth and very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Merv helped me to sell my Unit in Toowong and, along with Wendy, they did excellent work. Merv is very professional and he is an excellent communicator. All Merv's advice was sound, and he took a genuine interest in acheiving the best result for the sale. Merv went above and beyond, always available to help and answer questions, and give recommendations. Merv gave excellent advice about styling, arranging furniture and even helped move un-needed objects into the garage to help with the styling of the Unit. The Unit sold within a week of being on the Market, with a large amount of people coming to the open homes and with good offers from several potential buyers. The Unit sold for an amount above my expectations and everything went very smoothly. I can't thank Merv and Wendy enough for all their help. I would highly recommend Merv as a Real Estate Agent if you are thinking of selling your property in the suburbs that Merv works in. He has excellent knowledge of the Market and of the latest technology to help acheive an excellent and happy result for all involved. Thank you again Merve and Wendy!

Of all the agents I contacted online, Mervyn was the only one who got back to me. And being abroad and very new to selling process, Mervyn was quick to guide us on the next steps and answer all our queries. He is professional in his conduct and transparent as well. We have nothing but praises for him to be able to sell our property within a quick span of time. Thanks Mervyn and team for making it such a smooth journey for us!
