The sale of our apartment happened quite seamlessly. Brett organised everything on our behalf as we weren't able to travel to qld due to covid. From the sprucing up of the nearly 20 year old apartment (painting, carpets, bathroom) to getting it on the market and actual sale within about 3 weeks. Very impressive. Bretts knowledge of the local apartment market was second to none. I didn't know this when I first engaged him, but he had previously sold our apartment twice before. Brett has been a professional start to finish, always working with to achieve my goal with the sale, constantly keeping me up to date, happily organising all the open homes etc to get the property in front of as many potential buyers as possible. Best of all, he wasn’t over eager to take the first offer so he could move onto the next sale. Was keen to ensure we got the right price, even if it meant more work. Also lovely bloke to work with, never pushy, always understanding, and aiming to get the best possible result which certainly isn’t the norm with some other agents.
