From the get go Kym was helpful and filled us with confidence in the sale of our home. This was our first time selling and Kym explained everything and kept us informed along the way with the progress. The house sold within 3 days of going on the market however the offer fell through after a few weeks but Kym jumped into action and had us a new offer within 24 hours. While all this was happening, Kym was on the hunt for a new house for us. She listened to our feedback on houses and found us the perfect house.
