Kym was so good and explained what type of advertising we should do as we were in a dead end street so didn't need certain advertising. Kym explained how she would talk to potential buyers. Kym was early for first open which we hadn't experienced before. Kym sold our place on first open! at a price we were very happy with. I would highly recommend her service.

I have had known Brett for well over 10 years, although I have never met him personally. Over that period he has provided market appraisals on a regular basis. When I decided to sell our investment unit I rang Brett and was taken aback when he began our conversation using my name. He explained that I was number 6 out over 300 contacts in his phone. I was very impressed . Brett made the sale of our unit stress free through his professionalism and constant communication throughout the process. When we transitioned from the worse ever sassing experience you could ever imagine (having gone with a none local, smooth agent who became our worse nightmare), my wife and I were somewhat disillusioned about the whole selling experience. Then came Liz, literally a life saver, huge local knowledge of Chapel Hill, member of the community, a list of buyers as long as you arm, very personable, and really knew how to sell our home. From a previous experience of an open home, with one family coming through, to twenty + families, and eventually three solid offers. Liz worked with us all the way, spent huge hours ensuring we got the sale across the line and this during the festive season. What a lovely person, professional and would highly recommend and / or use her services in future.
