We sold our property via Tyler from distance, as we were stuck in Thailand due to the virus, yet it felt that he was right there next to us with every step with his sage advice, speedy responses and looking after the process with dedication and professionalism. We were extremely pleased having Liz sell our property in a very short time and a great price. We met Liz in late 2019 when planning sale in Aug/Sep 2020 and knew immediately that we could trust her above others to lead the management of our house sale. COVID delayed our plans and we met again with Liz at end of Nov 2020 and committed to put our house on the market in early Jan 2021. Liz provided sound advice on what needed to be done to optimise our sale and kept us on task to complete many items early so that we could have some off market inspections in mid Dec ahead of Christmas break. Liz also recommended several inspection, tradies, and staging experts, who we used and were very pleased with their services. We handed the keys over on 8-Jan, the house was listed on Tue 12-Jan, first open house on Wed 13-Jan, two opens on Sat 16-Jan ... and we received several offers on Mon 18-Jan.
