Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through! He has also managed to get an early settlement! Very professional agent he is easy to deal with and has really good advice. I highly recommend Kostya and town residential for your next property sale !.

Selling a home in the current market is incredibly challenging, but we couldn't have asked for a better agent than Kostya. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Kostya has sold a property for us previously [with outstanding results] and so we invited him to sell an investment property for us. This was a much more difficult process given the increase in interest rates and government tax changes which effectively removed investors as potential buyers. Kostya gave us sound advice throughout the process which was logical and accurate. With him in our corner we were still able to sell our property within 1 week from the first open house. We also received an amount that we expected following Kostya's persistent and effective negotiation skills. The buyer was a very difficult person to deal with however Kostya remained calm & professional and had our best interests at heart. This removed any angst from our lives. Again, we thank Kostya for all his hard work, and we will certainly be utilizing his expertise and professionalism again in the future.

Kostya set good and accurate expectations about the property and what we would be able to get from it. He was very specific in what we could do to prepare for sale, for example which areas to target to add best value to the house. Kostya was very responsive and quick to answer messages, and went above and beyond what we expected, and made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Looking back, his advice on the market was spot-on and we are very happy with the sale.

My property went on the market just before the recent rate rises and the start of the war in Iran, both of which, in my case at least, appeared to have a negative impact on buyer interest. Throughout this period Kostya provided honest and helpful advice based on his experience and understanding of the nuances of the property market, which resulted in a successful sale. I am more than happy to recommend Kostya and his company to anyone wishing to sell their property.
