We had nothing but trouble from our previous real estate managing agent. More like 'non-managing' agents, just rent collectors. Communication was non-existent, rude/arrogant property manager, large staff incompetence and lack of general property management knowledge. We made the right decision to change management to Mr Real Estate. So far they have been the complete opposite of everything above. Very helpful in taking over the management of our neglected property and have been very competent in their knowledge of Queensland property management legislation and regulations, where our previous agent had failed miserably. Kailah from Mr Real Estate has been fantastic! and has gone above and beyond what was required of her role in dealing with and communicating with our old managing agent. She was professional in every aspect of the handover while dealing with incompetent people. Well done Kailah!! We look forward to working with you in the future.

Staff gave me a brief introduction to their property management service, as the sales manager was out of the office. Within an hour, the sales manager Kailah Warren called me and provided detailed information how they could assist me to manage my property and to find a good tenant. Within a week they secured a quality tenant for me. Now two months on, Alysha Land, the property manger has been providing excellent communication to keep me informed.
