We contacted Jason and requested a preview of the property. Within 3 days he had arranged for us to have an inspection of the property. He didn't apply any pressure and told us to take our time and have a good look around. The next day he spoke with us to find out our thoughts and from there the rest is history. Daphne has done a marvelous job in selling my property. She managed to get some maintenance issues that were needed before and after the building and pest inspection, in a time that it is very hard to get trades men to do any work and kept me informed on the progress of the sale and repairs. Daphne had a buyer within a week of listing, and settled within 2 months. She was very diligent in keeping the sale moving forward. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property
