Daphne has done a marvelous job in selling my property. She managed to get some maintenance issues that were needed before and after the building and pest inspection, in a time that it is very hard to get trades men to do any work and kept me informed on the progress of the sale and repairs. Daphne had a buyer within a week of listing, and settled within 2 months. She was very diligent in keeping the sale moving forward. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property
