Daphne was simply phenomenal in the sale of our property. We sought appraisals from other real estate agents and their prices were signficantly below what Daphne said she could get for us. Not only did she get the price she said she could but she also got the sale within the first three days! Daphne gave us great advice on how to set the property up for maximum interest and she was right. She went over and above what I would expect a real estate agent to do to help us sell the property. When deciding what agent to go through to sell the property we got in contact with Dan who we first meet in 2008 when he sold us our first home. He reported that he had a few buyers that might be interested. True to his word, Dan immediately lined up a viewing of the property, and that same day it was under contract for the full asking price without any marketing or advertising. Throughout the contract settlement period Dan kept us up to date with what was required and provided us with guidance and contacts relating to the minor issues noted within the building and pest inspection report. His approach and attitude to people when it comes to buying or selling is calm and respectful. Dan’s knowledge of the local market and the connections he has in the region made the sale possible and we can’t thank him enough.
