Dan is a great sales person aswell a good person with a great understanding for your needs and time restraints. The only thing I could say is let the sellers see a proof of the ad before it goes live. Mr real estate Web pages displayed wrong information for 5 days. Said i had no carparks Dan could not /put down or say it had 4 off-street carparks as it has no options to do so. It was corrected and everything went smoothly from there on. The whole process has been easy. Thank you dan. If it's sold you need on your house sign . He's the man /right person to do that for you.

Positives - Quick & friendly service, Easy to talk to, Quick sale of property, Very Helpful. Negatives - Listed our house with 2 bathrooms but only had 1, Buyers turned up to inspect house and no one from Real estate turned up leaving the tenant to show the property.
