I found Todd to have a good knowledge of the current property market, always enthusiastic and most importantly would always meet his communication commitments, and he kept a positive attitude on the sale of the property. My only slight criticism would be I feel he should have said what he would expect the property to sell for, which could have seen a quicker sale (but the customer is always right).
