I was recently searching for a unit to buy as I am currently paying rent. I attended an open house supervised by Jason Rayner. He was cheerful, enthusiastic but not overly pushy. He allowed me time to look around and was able to answer my questions. He was more than happy to allow me a second viewing on the same Saturday despite having supervised numerous other open houses during the day. He was quick to return all my calls and made the sales process very easy. Jason was able to recommend relevant solicitors and pest and building inspection companies as I was new to Rockhampton. The presentation of a flower and fruit basket once my contract had become unconditional was an unexpected but lovely touch. Thanks Jason.
