They will treat you well as a tenant until you need to leave, when they will find excuses to keep your bond. We ended up having to go to QCAT to get our bond returned. As a tenant they will try to take as much of your money as they can, as a landlord they will waste your money taking tenants to court unnecessarily. Recommend to stay away from this agency. It wouldn't surprise me if they are getting kickbacks from the cleaning companies they try to force tenants to use.
