We have not been in the rental market for over 21 years so it was a bit daunting navigating the systems and making applications for rentals. Laura was so helpful (unlike the people we encountered at other agencies we made applications to) and helped us step through the documents and requirements. The online systems used by Arena are also very easy to use and save paper (great for the environment). Laura was always prompt to respond to our queries and let us know when she could get back to us with answers. Thanks Laura you made the process stress free at a time when we had so much on our plate (selling our house and moving in time for settlement)!

Recently me and four mates were hunting for a 5 bedroom share house on the south side of Brisbane. After many house inspections it was proving to be difficult to obtain one. We originally had an inspection at the property we currently occupy which was under management of a different real estate company. After not hearing back for quite awhile we found out the property was under new management under ARENA Property. From the very first day we inquired again the service provided was not only efficient but friendly and personable. Collectively we were in contact with Laura, one of their property managers, who was always reachable and delegated with the land lord to help us find a suitable home. Even when we were reaching our deadline to move out of our previous properties she supplied many alternatives and was understanding of our situation.
