We have been dealing with Marvin and Rebecca for the past few weeks in order to place our house on rent. We dealt with large Real Estate companies and very small sole trader type companies before. Have to say last few agencies have been not into our satisfaction at all as we have to chase , we were miss informed and basically felt like we were not looked after at all. Marvin and the team so far have been on top when it comes to communication between us and also the tenants. Always on time and precious and extremely professional.
