Marvin was fantastic. He provided great information about the market and what we would need to do to maximise a sale. He kept in touch at every stage of the process and was very prompt in following up on action items. We felt he was with us all the way and that he went above and beyond what a normal agent would do, often making calls and negotiating into the late evening - even cleaning windows and sprucing up our patio with a leaf blower prior to inspections. Outstanding! He is dynamic, enthusiastic, pro-active and very knowledgable. When we first inspected our rental property, to decide when we should sell, he came with us and provided helpful advice on renovations and the sale process. To fast track our renovations Marvin put us in contact with some great tradies, often touching base even before we signed up with Arena. Marvin came along like a breath of fresh air - I engaged him and from that moment onwards I did not look back.
