Marvin was recommended by a friend after he successfully sold her unit. I'm very choosy but I know she is too and had put a lot of research into finding the best agent in Brisbane. My partner and I approached Marvin to help us sell his house. Marvin amazed us from day one when he came to our meeting with a market research book on my partner's house. It looked like an official publication! He had many other useful sources of information and many helpful suggestions with how to get the house ready for sale. He continued to impress us with his honesty, integrity, positive outlook, and excellent people skills. We gave him a challenge by leaving him to sell the house while we traveled overseas.
