Overall quite accommodating, but needs a bit of chasing at times like when I needed some things fixed so I had to call a few times but I do understand if it's difficult to contact the landlord or if it's too busy.

I had some issues at other agent over the last two years and at this time, when we looked for another agent, I was very careful to choose to avoid another mistakes. Finally I met Ryan and his team. I gave 3stars as the agent could have been more spontaneous and replied our messages or requests in timely manner. So as for the evacuation of previous tenant, more cleaning should have been done before bonds released such as cleaning kitchen bench, sweep floor etc, those basic cleanings rather than agured this was what was like when previous tenant moved in. Last but not least, should have confirmed with landlord whether the advertising board needed as I would assume it was not free??.
