So far I have Michael as my real estate agent and Ryan as my rental agent. Both of them have been very informative and punctual with every decision on the way to work out the most optimistic and efficient solution no matter what the problems we come across.

Original contact with Agency was excellent, Ryan was professional and helpful. First Open House ran smoothly although not a huge turn out. Leased our property for the length and rental rate we were after. All round great service so far.

Ryan and his team ( Mathew & Amelia) were very professional and helpful from first meeting. With their knowledge and experience, we could achieve a great result renting our unit in 2 weeks with a higher offer than we had advertised. We're having confidence that our property will be managed well by Manor team. Highly recommended.

Our family was looked after by Michael (in the sales process) and Ryan and his team from the rental department. They did every thing they can to accommodate us (including after hours inspection, communicated with us during the Public Holiday, organised cleaning and many other things ) Can't be happier really. Many Thanks Guys. Amy & Edmon

Ryan and his team of Matthew, Amelia and Tia are an A-Team who, I believe, have always held my interest above everything else. I've not once thought of considering an alternate option whenever I was advised by them. I'm positive this is an engagement for the future and they will always be my Go-To team for property management.

We had great experience dealing with Manor realestate and the team for renting our apartment. We were given honest and realistic feedback of the market expectations and we had successful application in the first week of our open home. Ryan and Amelia were very professional and achieved great results for us. Well done !!
