It is with great pleasure that I write this review to mention my thoughts about the wonderful service the Manor management team extended. We have had the opportunity to receive excellent service to a few of our investment properties currently under the management of Manor team. the service extended by the team leaders Ryan Schache and Tia Najmi have been outstanding. Right from the beginning, they showed a lot of professionalism and enthusiasm. More than a business, it was great teamwork to serve the customer. I highly recommend Manor to anyone looking to get the services of managing your property. You will be guaranteed 100% satisfaction with Ryan, Tia and their team. Good luck guys.

Extremely professional and upfront. Manor realise that a rental property is sometimes a family home which has taken on a new identity. Equally, Manor understood that it is a business. They outlined all the fees and charges right from the beginning which made it an easy to calculate the cost of renting. From then on, the service, advice and guidance from advertising to singing has been second to none.

I had the privilege of working with Ryan, Matt, and Louisa at Manor with leasing out one of my investment properties. The team has been very thorough with their checks, and property research and are all very knowledgeable. A very responsive and cohesive team who made the onboarding experience a dream, taking the work out of my hands. Would recommend to anyone in the hills district looking to sell, lease, buy or rent a property.

Ryan and Matthew from Manor are excellent to work with. They've been very professional and helpful, and very responsive to queries. Our experience from initial contact, to preparing for open home, to finally landing a tenant has been very smooth and trouble-free. Exactly what I would expect from a top property manager. Highly recommended!

We engaged Manor Real Estate to lease out our property in Northmead as we had a very good experience with Manor in the past for other property-related things. Ryan was very quick to respond with the process of leasing and came up with a quick plan to get our property on the market. He followed it up by assigning Matt to arrange for the open-home sessions and also set up the marketing ads. Matt was extremely good at communicating how he would run the open homes and followed up with a quick update just after the open home and a detailed update the following Monday. We had our home leased out in under 3 weeks all thanks to Ryan and Matt for their exceptional work behind the scene. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking for a long-term carer for your precious property.
