We engaged Manor Real Estate to lease out our property in Northmead as we had a very good experience with Manor in the past for other property-related things. Ryan was very quick to respond with the process of leasing and came up with a quick plan to get our property on the market. He followed it up by assigning Matt to arrange for the open-home sessions and also set up the marketing ads. Matt was extremely good at communicating how he would run the open homes and followed up with a quick update just after the open home and a detailed update the following Monday. We had our home leased out in under 3 weeks all thanks to Ryan and Matt for their exceptional work behind the scene. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking for a long-term carer for your precious property.
