Both Scott Dunger and Denny Barros helped us thru the whole process of auction, settlement and final inspection. Maria was recommended to us because of how patient and helpful she is. My partner and I were very hesitant to use an agent for our rental property because we have had bad experiences with other agents in the past. Not with Maria! She has completely changed our minds on agents because of her constant communication, patients, respect, and holding herself in such a professional manner. The number one positive attribute about Maria is she never made me or my partner feel bad for asking any silly questions or answering the same question twice. I have used Maria to manage both my rental properties and she is by far the best agent in have ever dealt with. Perfectionist, answers my calls and very professional when performing her duties. She takes his time in explaining things and ensures I'm satisfied with the result.
