The whole team at Manor Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process and were always happy to help in any way they could. I would highly recommend their services.

I have known and worked with Sharron Pike of C21 Seven Hills since 2014 when I purchased a house and then built a Granny Flat which I then rented out. At that point Sharron started managing my GF rental property. She and I were always able to work through issues with tenants, inspections and my responsibilities without much fuss. I went on to buy another property and then for 21 months became the tenant in my old premises. So as a tenant I also found Sharron to be reasonable with her expectations of the upkeep along with consistently giving adequate notice when the regular rental inspections were due. I would gladly recommend Sharron and the team to property owners seeking rental management or tenants looking for a secure place to live.

Sharron has been an absolute delight as our agent. Sharron saw my partner and I through two moves (Covid related) and found us rental properties that suited our needs exactly. She was on call whenever any issues arose and made the renting/inspecting process so easy and accommodating. When we look at going back into the market for hopefully our first home, we know who to call.

We were really annoyed with the process of looking for a new house. But when Talieh showed us this house, we were really impressed by it. All document formalities were well guided and instructed by Taylor Real Estate. Even after moving into the new property, Talieh was extremely helpful in setting up repair works which were required at that moment and Taylor Real estate kept following up about the repairs which made us feel are well-taken care of which we never felt with any other property agent. A big cheers to Taylor Real Estate and to Talieh's outstanding help and guidance.

Thanks for the excellent attention by Sharron Pike on our property since fourth quarter of 2020. We have been very happy with all the efforts that Sharron has been delivering for us and the interest that she has shown. Sharron has looked after everything right from the start and I couldn’t feel more comfortable moving forward into the start of my first lease. Sharron has kept the process clear and simple with exceptional communication. Please allow me to thank Sharron Pike for the way in which she has looked after us in the management of our investment property in Seven Hills, NSW. I have always found Sharron efficient, easily contactable and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending her services to others. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a professional team.

Ryan and Eddie were absolutely fantastic to work with! From Ryan's first visit taking me through Manor's comprehensive property management services through to Eddie's knowledgeable understanding of the open home process, their attention to detail, their promptness at responding to enquiries, the process has been flawless. Asa first time landlord, I've had a lot of questions, and they have always been on hand to answer and more importantly offer their expertise and advice. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the team at Manor for their professionalism, knowledge of the property market and good old fashioned top level customer service.
