At that point Sharron started managing my GF rental property. She and I were always able to work through issues with tenants, inspections and my responsibilities without much fuss. I went on to buy another property and then for 21 months became the tenant in my old premises. So as a tenant I also found Sharron to be reasonable with her expectations of the upkeep along with consistently giving adequate notice when the regular rental inspections were due. We were really annoyed with the process of looking for a new house. But when Talieh showed us this house, we were really impressed by it.
