Right from the start Scott and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we would be able to sell my mother's home under the very difficult conditions we found ourselves in. No matter what was thrown at Scott it was handled efficiency, without any fuss and always left us feeling confident in the processes which were taking place. Personally, I found Scott to be extremely approachable and always willing to go above and beyond. Scott is a great communicator with exceptional people skills as was clearly demonstrated during our auction when everyone, including the auctioneer, was left in a state of shock at the actions of the buyer. If it wasn't for the actions of Scott my mother's house would not have sold and it was imperative that the be sold on that day. Months after settlement on Mum's house was completed I texted Scott with a question on a Saturday morning, in the full knowledge it was his busiest day of the week. I said the reply can wait until when he is not busy as it wasn't urgent but in true Scott style I received a response almost immediately. This shows his dedication to his job. Even though his job with me was finished he was still there for me as soon as I asked. I have been asked if I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for an agent and my answer is simple "yes, and I already have done so on a few occasions".
