I live in Castle Hill and am renting out my family home for a few years while I travel overseas. I contacted Manor because of positive experiences my brother and a friend had recently selling their respective homes. Ryan arrived to our first appointment on time and with a portfolio showcasing the local rental market and providing me with information and advice about becoming a landlord. He suggested various things that needed to be addressed prior to putting the house on the market and gave me an indicative rental figure. After a couple of months I contacted him again - we had painted and done some general maintenance in the interim. Ryan also brought a handyman with him to discuss legal compliance and this agency then undertook some work (in a very timely fashion) to make sure my house was ready for photos the following week. We had a pretty tight timeframe and Ryan and his team were very responsive and accommodating. Our first (and only) open home was done 3 days after photos were taken and less than 24hrs after the property was placed on the market. We had two applications following this open home and were delighted to accept one of them which ticked all our boxes. We also got the rent we wanted. All in all, a very positive outcome and I can only assume the next few years will be trouble-free for us because our home appears to be in good hands.
