Harry is a professional, and amiable agent. He provided sound and up to date knowledge of realestate trends in my suburb, as well as researching the area in which I wished to purchase. He confidently guided me through the selling process, answering lots of questions and achieving an acceptable price at auction for my home. I would recommend Harry particularly to the hesitant vendor who needs support along the way.

I have met several real estate agents from across the Sydney area for a long time to try to buy home, but have never satisfied nor experienced trustworthy. But Matt was different - he was the only one whom we found the most trustworthy with integrity among others. He is professional, has an excellent communication skill with business acumen and has a great understanding about the property trends and real estate landscape particularly in northern-western regions of Sydney. I definitely recommend Matt to anyone and would definitely talk to him again for our future property investment and selling.

Harry has done a good job selling our property. He's been very honest about the sales price and did his best to achieve what we needed on time. This is our second time using him as our sales agent, and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their home!

We couldn’t be happier with Manor Real Estate and especially our real estate agent Ash Singh which we highly recommend who sold our home at auction in November 2023. His expertise in the market strategic approach to the auction process resulted in a successful sale. He navigated the entire experience with professionalism and his advice he provided us were instrumental. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result and thank you Ash for all your work..!

Right from our very first meeting with Jay we were impressed by his professionalism, his astute understanding of the property market and of our needs, as well as his personable, friendly, caring attitude. Throughout the whole campaign Jay has answered any queries promptly and clearly, kept us informed and given us his expert advice with honesty. The Manor "give back" to charity aligned with our own philosophies. Our grateful thanks to Jay for all his hard work and expertise, which certainly achieved the sought-after result. We would highly recommend Jay Bacani to anyone who is thinking of selling their home!

Jay is the most driven agent I’ve come across. His interpersonal skills are the best we’ve experienced. He goes above and beyond for both seller and the buyer. Having purchased and sold properties with him, I really can’t speak highly enough of him and his team. Jay is easily the best Hills agent.
