I have recently engaged Manor and so far I am grateful for the experience in listing and renting my property. Ryan, Nick, Gab and the team at Manor are proactive and have good market knowledge of the area, and they were swift in arranging the paperwork required. Thank you team!

Initially dealing with Ryan and explaining all details regarding renting out my property. I have to say, they are great with communication. Generally very easy to contact them without issues. After dealing with Nick as my direct point of contact, I genuinely believe he is on "my side" and could see my views regarding the property.

The Manor team (Nick and Ryan) were such a pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, market knowledge and time management meant we were able to find tenants for our property at the price we wanted, and all within a month turnaround. I would definitely recommend them!

I've converted my first residential property to investment property recently and engaged Manor to be the agent (they were the selling agent for another property we've purchased as a new residential home and due to the pleasant experience we had, we decided to go with them for renting out the home that we used to live in). Despite it being my first investment property, Manor's team did fantastic job to guide me through the process and secured a tenant in a reasonable timeframe. To this day, Manor team follows me up on various matters to make my life (as landlord) easier in managing the property which I value greatly (especially given this is my first time renting out the property).

Thank you to Ryan and his team for a job well done. They have managed to help us secure a tenant for our property very quickly after only one open home. The result was beyond what we expected, considering our property was listed just a few weeks prior to the year end holidays. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Ryan and his team. They have been very professional and efficient with good, regular communication. Highly recommended!
