Rinat was willing to provide recommendations for services to use, which were all carried out promptly and efficiently. He has excellent knowledge of market trends and what buyers are looking for. His communication was consistently detailed and prompt. He was proactive in making suggestions and also in answering questions and explaining steps in the process. I was in the situation of having a tenant in the property and being overseas through the entire time. Rinat was considerate of my tenants needs as well as the time difference in communicating with me. He has a great problem solving approach and while he appreciates that decisions are made by the seller, he is also willing to make suggestions to expedite the process.
