Zach had taken the time to understand my needs as a vendor and could give me clear advice regarding my specific sale. The sale of a house is very stressful, and I didn't particularly like the reports on potential buyers comments, as off course they have their own agenda. However I accepted it as part of the process. Jay is a very confident and qualified agent. He knowledge of the area was outstanding and this was evident in the number of homes he has sold in Baulkham Hills. The price he told us, that he had in mind for our property, was higher than what we expected and Jay reached that price in one open home in one weekend and no internet advertising was required. Our house was always going to be a difficult sell, being on the low side of the road, many rooms and a house that has been lived in by a big active family. May be Covid didn't help either. The Manor data base of Buyers yielded no interest. Listing on Real Estate.Com.AU yielded some good results. A single buyer visited several times, but we felt we had to keep rejecting Zack's recommendation to sell at certain prices, until we reached an OK price. The final selling price was way below the price mentioned in the initial discussions.
