We first met Zac and Matt over 12 months ago at an open home around the corner from us in Old Toongabbie. We were suitably impressed with their approach, presentation, and professionalism as a new agent in our area. We mentioned we would possibly be looking at moving on in a few years. Over the past 12 months, they contacted us a couple of times with market updates and the odd phone call just to touch base. We have always been dealing with Jay since the day one of Manor. Jay and teams have taken a great care of our house when we put it on rent. Always have the professionals approach and respond to our call at the lightning speed. Until the day we have decided to put our house on sell. At the current market condition the house pricing is not that high when comparing to 3-4 years. We have called Jay and he responded to our call Lightning speed as usual and on the same day he came prepare with all analytic documents and price guide which we can expected when comparing to our neighbours here. So we have decided to put Challenge task on him to sell the duplex at a super higher than market condition. Jay never say No to that offer and at last he makes it happen!! Far beyond our believe ...
