As a buyer, we were fortunate to have Paul Hanna as the Vendor agent. He was very professional and helpful. There were some last minute hiccups but Paul worked tirelessly to ensure we received the necessary to complete our purchase. We would recommend Paul to our friends, family or anyone looking for a professional, honest and dedicated Real Estate agent.

I have long-term experience dealing with real estate agents in a professional capacity. When selling my family home I found Zach more than capable in handling all aspects of the sale process. He had a good knowledge of the local market, provided regular up-dates via phone and email and his professional advice was much appreciated. He responded to my queries quickly. His work in marketing the property and contact with prospective buyers, was obviously very good as it resulted in having six registered bidders on auction day and a successful sale on the day. Zach managed the whole sale process from our first meeting to the successful auction sale with professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend Zach to any prospective vendor.

Kevin was great with helping us sell our property. He is an easy agent to deal with and his professional manner and easy nature made it an easier and less stressful situation. He had some excellent strategies and was never overbearing, always took into consideration our needs and explained things while listening to our concerns. It was a positive experience selling our home with Kevin and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

We could not fault Zach from the moment he walked in the door to the moment he gave us the news that our house had a buyer after just 2 weeks on the market. He was very straightforward, extremely polite and extremely understanding of our needs. I would recommend Zach to anyone that was looking for the right real estate agent to sell their home. He worked extremely hard to get us the price we needed to be able to purchase a new home in the area we are looking for. I had not sold a house in fifty years and so was quite out of my depth with my knowledge of what I should be doing. Zach made the process very simple for us and very smooth, and my husband and I truly appreciated everything he did for us. Thank you Zach and to you Matthew for your diligence in keeping up the contact with Manor Real Estate and us, without being a nuisance......

“Zach Eadie did the best job ever!!! He went above and beyond his call of duty in not only selling our house but helping us to try and find a new place. His customer service and knowledge of the current market trends is second to none. He was always available, always reliable, personable, professional, passionate, driven, and hard working. Nothing was too hard for him. We had 1 week to get our place on the market and ready for open home and Zach did it with ease! Not only did he do it easily but he organized unbelievably amazing photographs and video of our place delivering excellent marketing and exposure in the short campaign that our place required. His listening and communication skills are exceptional and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. He kept us regularly updated, was very considerate of the everyday pressures and time constraints facing families and although it was a stressful time we trusted Zach to act in our best interests. Thanks Zach and the rest of the Manor team and a special thank you to Matthew Mazzei who worked tirelessly throughout the campaign to assist Zach and always with a smile!”

Igor impressed with our first meeting and delivered the goods with a superb marketing campaign. Igor kept us informed with the progress of potential buyers. The final result was $150,00 over reserve. A quality company who I would recommend to family and friends.

At the time he was a cadet for another real estate. He was doing a brochure house drop in our street, even at that young age he was a well presented, well mannered and a most professional young man.Paul moved to Manor real estate (competitors loss) and has helped them build the business to what they are today, excellent. He is honest, reliable not pushy and certainly a credit to his profession. Like us you will be so impressed on your first meeting with Paul.

I felt comfortable with Jay from the start, he knows everything that happens in his local market. He is well presented, professional and always contactable. We first went to campaign in Sept 2018 when the market turned, Jay did everything in his power to sell the house but unfortunately we did not get the price we wanted. I don't believe it was his fault, market conditions turned quickly and he couldn't have done anymore. We rented the property (through Manor) and Jay would regularly get in touch. 9 months later, we had a discussion and decided to try again with his extensive database, it was sold in 5 days at the price we wanted. Jay negotiated with all parties including the tenant for the sale to happen. There were some issues during the cooling off period, but Jay worked hard to ensure the sale did not fall over. I am a builder and worked with many agents, what I like about Jay is we worked together collaboratively, that's important to me. He is definitely the best agent I have worked with to date and his success reflects this.
