To Say I Was Impressed Would Be An Understatement
After working in a challenging field for over 21 years, my husband and I decided to move out of the Sydney “rat race”. First step was to find the value of our property. An appointment was made with Mr Jay Bacani from Manor Real Estate who turned up on time, was both professional and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions, even the big hurdle in my mind: I needed time to close my Sydney practice before relocating To say I was impressed would be an understatement. An open house was arranged for those who had already registered with Manor. Jay provided advice on how to present the house and on top of this, Manor provided a few ‘nice touches.’ A buyer was located who was not only willing to meet our settlement date later in the year, but as Jay had suggested, offered to pay above what we had expected. In all this, there was friendly interaction, no pressure and total professionalism. What more could anyone want from a real estate agent. Hope this helps. It is genuine. Regards Mary Sutton

Can’t thank Jay enough!
Jay surprised me by remembering a lot of details about my house from many years earlier, which said to me that he LISTENS to people. I was not wrong! Jay listened to us and our needs, then put in 110% effort to achieve this. I have dealt with Real Estate agents who put in a satisfactory amount of effort into sales or rentals and have asked for much larger fees than the team at Manor. These guys are driven, they are passionate, and they manage to achieve amazing results without having to sacrifice empathy or understanding. I highly recommend Jay, Jeff, Marko, and the team at Manor RE!

Excellent service, he is the real estate agent in the hills
Jaye was absolutely professional, caring and patient through the whole home selling process. A cut above
These guys were consistenly friendly and approachable, happy to accomodate extra inspection times when requested. Whilst some agents (appear) to be too busy to answer questions, I experienced none of that from Igor and Declan throughout the whole experience. Thank you for a stress-free transaction!
