Thanks Igor for the opportunity to reflect on your wonderful and gifted talents .. I trust your family is well. Before I selected Igor to sell my place I interviewed four Realtors. I then delayed my decision to sell and the market fell. Accepting that position I took comfort in the fact that the somewhat reduced end result was still substantially higher by multiples to the purchase price 18 years earlier. Coming back to Igor was fairly straightforward .. based on his expertise, obvious commitment, professional approach, and willingness to get his hands dirty he was head and shoulders above the others. I found Igor's process through the sale to be structured and simple. At all times arrangements are kept, contact is made more than weekly, he and his staff are respectful and he can support a professional view with evidenced based material. He is not inclined to exaggerate, make promises he can't keep, is strongly aware of his obligation to you and is prepared to sacrifice his own time rather than see you disadvantaged. I have witnessed him work through illness and personal obligation to his family to focus on procuring a deal. Notwithstanding all the above is the necessity to leave no stone unturned and to follow up every opportunity. It is easy to sell on an up market and when demand exceeds supply your Real Estate agent is just an "order taker". Conversely on a down market the true test comes .. and this is where Igor the man became Igor the great ! Order getters are a rare commodity and finding one is an opportunity not to miss. Achieving a better than expected result in a down market is the true measure of a persons ability .. Igor is that person and I would always pick him as my man.
