Once again Jay sells a house for me, Jay works relentlessly at selling the property, he is always looking at the best way to sell the property, Jay excels were other agents dont, he is contactable at anytime you call him he rings back, if a buyer rings no need to wait for the open home Jay will show them immediately, he just never gives up even under adverse conditions. His negotiating skills are superior and he is not aggressive, he listens and he works on a solution, under current market conditions you need the best agent.

Jay was particularly thorough in our first interview regarding the sale, making sure that I was aware of all aspects involved in our house sale. His follow up has been very good - if he can't get back to me because he is busy, he makes sure another representative of the company communicates. I find this particularly helpful, as I am, for the most part , physically making the move on my own , as my husband' s health precludes him from assisting me. Thanks Jay, all the best for the future
